Flooring Grates

Gorton Structures offer a wide range of bespoke D400 rated steel grates fabricated with a wide range of capabilities allowing for unique specifications as required by the customer. Our in-house drawing office will work with you to detail your requirements using the latest 3D software.

Grates are made for a wide range of applications with alternative sections of bearing and horizontal bars to meet loading, span and ventilation requirements. Our grates offer greater strength when subjected to loading and are therefore; recommended an environment where heavy vehicle and forklift trucks operate.
Gratings are supplied with fixing clips to clamp the panel to the support structure.

Panels and support steelwork are supplied hot-dip galvanised with an option for an additional polyester powder coating to any RAL colour.
